On November 4, 2024, with the support of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, a palletizing system with software for digitalizing processes manufactured by SIA PERUZA was installed and put into operation at the factory of SIA VENDEN located in Cesis, Cirulisu Street 68. It not only facilitates the accounting of finished products, ensuring the availability of data and accounting for the activities performed to prepare products for their transportation and storage on pallets, standardizing and automating internal work processes, but also significantly improves working conditions, which contributes to the well-being of personnel, reducing the risks of health hazards. Previously, preparing finished products for transportation and storage on pallets was physically hard work for people, after the implementation of this solution, it is performed by a machine, thus also ensuring a more efficient redistribution of employee tasks. The software of this palletizing machine also transfers information about the volume of production manufactured during a production shift to the warehouse of finished goods, which can be used for writing off raw materials and, if necessary, scrap, as well as for accounting of finished goods, which previously was a manual process.
